At TC Survey & Mapping, every project starts with accuracy and ends with follow-through. Founded in 2022 by a dedicated surveyor with over two decades of hands-on experience, we’re known for doing things the right way—every time.

We provide dependable land surveying services across every phase of development, including boundary and land title surveys, topographic and design surveys, construction and as-built services, floodplain and elevation services, and advanced mapping technologies.

A Lifelong Surveyor

Our founder began his career in land surveying in 2002, learning the trade the traditional way—boots on the ground, paying attention to the details. In 2007, his path shifted toward 3D laser scanning and advanced mapping, taking him across the country and deepening his skill set. Houston became home, and over time, he built a reputation for delivering accurate work, strong client relationships, and a commitment to answering the phone.

After the 2015–2016 market downturn, he returned to traditional land surveying. By May 2022, he had earned his professional surveying license in Texas, and TC Survey & Mapping officially opened its doors. Built on trust and technical strength, we’ve grown the right way—through referrals, consistency, and results that hold up under pressure.

Who We Are Today

We’re a close-knit team of 10, supported by expert contractors, a business coach, and a clear mission. While our founder brings the vision and field experience, every member plays a critical role. And with the support of a grounded, inspiring spouse, we stay focused on building a business that lasts.
